What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
1*40HQ container per each order. We only do wholesale business. For new customers, we have a preferential policy: the first three orders can have no MOQ
What payment methods do you accept?
TT in advance and Irrevocable LC
This is my first time importing, may I ask if you can assist us in handling the export customs clearance documents ?
No problem at all. We will assist you throughout the entire process until you receive your goods smoothly.
Can you provide free samples?
This can only be confirmed after communication. Reasonable request for samples is not a problem
How are the packaging and transportation details ?
Generally speaking, they are packaged in neutral cardboard boxes.
